Project Management
Through its Project Management services, SIsrl plans, supervises, and controls real estate development, redevelopment, or conversion projects, including new construction. The service is delivered in compliance with the Italian Public Procurement Code (Legislative Decree 50/2016), as well as relevant UNI ISO 21500 and UNI 11648 standards for project management practices and competencies. Where applicable, SIsrl also aligns with EU directives (such as Directive 2014/24/EU) and follows sustainability protocols (e.g., LEED, BREEAM, and Minimum Environmental Criteria, D.M. 23/06/2022).
Property Management
In the field of Property Management, SIsrl handles the day-to-day operation of real estate assets, including technical maintenance, lease administration, tenant relations, and oversight of regulatory and technical documentation. These activities are performed in line with Italian Civil Code provisions (e.g., Article 1576) and regulations on plant safety (D.M. 37/2008), workplace safety (Legislative Decree 81/2008), and fire prevention (Ministerial Decree 03/08/2015). Energy efficiency standards are also respected, in accordance with Legislative Decree 192/2005 and subsequent updates.
