abc is an Research & Development project exploring how technology can optimize and transform the real estate development cycle — from financial feasibility to marketing — through an integrated, technology-driven approach focused on process optimization.
The aim is enhance efficiency across all stages, predictable, and sustainable by identifying exactly which activities can be digitalized and automated through AI-powered algorithms and platforms.
The ongoing experimentation will define which phases and functions can be digitalized, and then effectively integrate:
- AI (Artificial Intelligence)
- ML (Machine Learning)
- AR (Augmented Reality)
into an operational system capable of optimizing the entire process – reducing costs, time, errors, and waste.
Key Innovations of abc:
Building Information Modeling (BIM)
A digital platform for integrated and dynamic design: it enables the creation of executive models, coordination of technical and commercial processes, and improved communication among all stakeholders involved.
Construction Site Management
Data-driven planning and control: enhanced flexibility, fewer delays and unforeseen issues, optimized costs, and reduced waste.
